Are you a “BIRTHER” or a “MARK”.

In the old neighborhood we would get a empty Sony TV box, glue cement blocks or bricks in it, reseal it and sell it on the street for $100.00 with the story that it was a $600.00 Sony TV that fell off a FedEx truck. Anyone that bought it without opening it was labeled a “Mark” A Bernie Madoff client, a Schmuck.

The ones that wanted to see what’s in the box before they bought it, today would be labeled a “Birther”

Are you a “BIRTHER” or a “MARK”. Do you believe Obama was born in Kapi’olani hospital? If you do I have a bridge I would like to sell you. It goes from Brooklyn to Manhattan, ready for a toll booth to be installed.

A “Mark” BELIEVED BILL CLINTON WHEN HE SAID: “I DID NOT HAVE SEXUAL RELATIONS WITH THAT WOMAN” Then they found the stained dress. He lied and they became a “Birther”.

A “Mark” BELIEVED JOHN EDWARDS WHEN HE SAID: “THAT’S NOT MY BABY” Then the Enquirer exposed him. He lied and they became a “Birther”.

A “Mark” BELIEVED WILLIAM “FREEZER” JEFFERSON WHEN HE SAID: “I DON’T KNOW HOW THAT CASH GOT IN MY FREEZER” Then they threw him in the slammer and they knew he lied and they became a “Birther”.

A “Mark” BELIEVED LINDA LINGEL WHEN SHE SAID: "So I had my health director, who is a physician by background, go personally view the birth certificate in the birth records of the Department of Health, and we issued a news release at that time saying that the president was, in fact, born at Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. And that's just a fact and yet people continue to call up and e-mail and want to make it an issue and I think it's again a horrible distraction for the country by those people who continue this."
Then they learned she lied, Fukino's statement never identified Kapiolani as Obama's birthplace and they became a “Birther”.

Fukino said, "[I have]...personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record...,"

Beyond the lie, if Lingle disclosed Obama's birth hospital without his permission, she has committed a misdemeanor. If Obama gave permission for this public disclosure, then Hawaii no longer has a basis for maintaining the privacy of Obama's birth records.

A Certification of Live Birth, (COLB) is the “document

A Certification of Live Birth, COLB, is the “document” that was posted on the Factcheck website as PROOF that Barack Hussien Obama was indeed born on US soil (jus soli).  Most people accept that the COLB is the abbreviated version of the “standard” or long form birth certificate.
It has been stated on record, by Janice Okubo, at the Communications Office, Hawaii State Department of Health, that the long form birth certificate, otherwise called the “Certificate of Live Birth” can’t be had.

“Asked for more information about the short-form versus long-form birth documents, Okubo said the Health Department “does not have a short-form or long-form certificate.”
Answer: No, you can’t obtain a “certificate of live birth” anymore.
The state Department of Health no longer issues copies of paper birth certificates as was done in the past, said spokeswoman Janice Okubo.
The department only issues “certifications” of live births, and that is the “official birth certificate” issued by the state of Hawaii, she said.
And, it’s only available in electronic form.

Let’s not forget this minor controversy:

We know that DoH had previously told the Israeli Insider that birth certificates were not issued electronically.  Sometime later, the DHHL [Department of Hawaiian Home Lands] site was changed to say that they are ONLY issued electronically, the same day (ish) that this article (above) was run. Prior to the period of June 6, 2009 ~ June 10, 2009, when the DHHL website instructions were quietly changed, this is what the original requirements were for the DHHL application:

In order to process your application, DHHL [Department of Hawaiian Home Lands] utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.

When requesting a certified copy of your birth certificate from the Vital Records Section of DOH, let the clerk know you are requesting it “For DHHL Purposes,” and that you need a copy of the original Certificate of Live Birth and not the computer-generated Certification.”

It now says this:
“Although original birth certificates (Certificates of Live Birth) are preferred for their greater detail, the State Department of Health (DOH) no longer issues Certificates of Live Birth.  When a request is made for a copy of a birth certificate, the DOH issues a Certification of Live Birth”.
This seems a bit of a contradiction, as they state that the original birth certificates are in fact generated by acknowledging that they exist (and are preferred), that they are no longer issued.  Mystery solved.  A simple word game.  It’s not that they don’t have them on file, it’s that they don’t issue them automatically when a person requests a copy of their BC.
We  all know that loyal obamaists’ point to these things to prove how crazy “birthers” are for insisting that obama release his original long form birth certificate.  They say, “Hawaii doesn’t HAVE any other form of birth certificate than the COLB that was on Factcheck.  You can’t even get one if you ask”!
Well Kittens.  A long form Hawaiian birth certificate can absolutely be had if you specifically request it.
Here ya go.  I provided a transcript for the woman, I could not make out what the man was saying.  The recording device has marginal audio capabilities, so if you want to hear what the woman says, you will need to crank it up.  I do not have the equipment to extract the mans words, or clean up the audio so that you can more easily hear the woman.  Although you do not hear the part where she makes the request for the long form, the fact that she did so is made clear by her comments.
