A new organization is planning a nationwide function for March 2012 focusing on Obama's apparent ineligibility for the presidency

(Jul. 7, 2011) — A firestorm is brewing as the world is becoming aware that an event is being planned in which the people of America will join en masse to force Washington to take note that we will not be ignored about Barack Obama’s ineligibility to hold the office of president of the United States, the fraud that has been committed to hide that fact, or the stonewalling tactics that have been employed by Congress and the courts for nearly three years.

The Birther Summit’s Operations Team understands the general desire for immediacy in this effort, as that has been everyone’s sentiment since before the faux inauguration in January 2009. However, anyone familiar with the design and implementation of such a large-scale event knows the sheer volume of details that must be planned and implemented for a grand event like this to even hope for success, let alone accomplish its historic mission.

While no specific date has been formally set, we have begun focusing on the month of March, believing that such a date will allow sufficient time to insure a positive outcome.

In light of that, we want to expound our understanding as to the Birther Summit’s place in relation to the entire eligibility movement. We do NOT want the summit to be perceived as a movement in, and of, itself; nor do we believe the upcoming summit should replace any of the numerous actions people across the country are doing daily. Those actions are necessary, and should not stop, or be lessened, in anticipation of the Birther Summit. In fact, they should actually increase as the date for the summit looms ever closer.

The Birther Summit is a tool for us all to use—to remind our public officials that we will remain in their faces over this, and also to pique the curiosity of those who might not currently understand the constitutional crisis that still exists.

The Birther Summit is also a tool to show the unity of our movement—that we are focused on the legal resolution of the crimes that have been committed against our nation. That is the reason behind the merchandise that is being offered, for, with the growing public use of the merchandise, the message we have been trying to make heard can make its way into every facet of American life. While every bit of the proceeds derived from the merchandise will help with the unimaginable expense that will be incurred by the Birther Summit, we only receive a very small percentage of each item’s purchase price. But, every penny will help, as the costs associated with this event will be astronomical.

As the plan and structure of this three-day event become finalized, we will be rolling out increasingly greater marketing efforts throughout the country, and will force our way into the common, everyday language of Americans. We will be lauded, and we will be hated; but, WE WILL BE. We are already receiving messages from across the country from people who want to be a part of this historic event, and as our message is disseminated to even greater numbers of people, knowledge of the upcoming Birther Summit will blanket the land. The Birther Summit website is already largely exceeding the traffic we initially anticipated at this point in our infancy.

The Birther Summit is an event for Americans to force Washington to stop ignoring our demands for redress of grievances, it is a tool for growing numbers of our citizens to understand the serious nature of the crimes that have been committed against our country and our Constitution, it is point of unity for the entire movement, and it is a source of support for the the various actions that are presently being taken by groups and individuals.

Obama’s Enablers Put Forth Another Straw Man Argument: One’s Parents Do Not Have to Be Born in the U.S. to Be a “Natural Born Citizen”

Putative President Barack Obama’s enablers are out and about making their straw man arguments in order to win the presidential eligibility issue. “A straw man is a component of an argument and is an informal fallacy based on misrepresentation of an opponent's position. To ‘attack a straw man’ is to create the illusion of having refuted a proposition by substituting it with a superficially similar yet unequivalent proposition (the ‘straw man’), and refuting it, without ever having actually refuted the original position.” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Straw_man.

In arguing that putative President Barack Obama is an Article II “natural born Citizen, his defenders maintain that the “birthers” are wrong in believing otherwise because there is no requirement that one’s parents must be born in the U.S. to be a "natural born Citizen." This is a straw man argument given that it suggests that this is the “birthers’” argument when in fact it is not. This is not the only straw man argument that we have seen Obama’s enablers advance. We have seen their effort to win the Obama eligibility issue by misrepresenting the constitutional argument (e.g., they argue that a “natural born citizen” is the same as a “citizen” and then they set out to show what historically a “citizen” is and publicly concentrate on the place of birth issue but suppress from the same public the constitutional argument on the meaning of an Article II “natural born Citizen”); they present for public display “birthers” who may defend the constitutional position poorly as best defenders of that position; they invent a fictitious persona with actions or beliefs which are then ridiculed and criticized (they have invented the “birther” who they attack as being a racists and/or attached to nothing but conspiracy theories or in the words of Obama himself: "We're not going to solve our problems if we get distracted by carnival barkers and sideshows." [Barack Obama, April 27, 2011, in reference to Donald Trump]); and they oversimplify our constitutional position and attack that position (e.g. they mock the “birthers” for saying that a “natural born Citizen” is a child born in the country to citizen parents and add that a simple facial reading of the Constitution’s text contains no such requirement). They also use the slippery slope fallacy, saying that there is no reason for Obama to release any medical or other evidence proving his Hawaiian birth because the “birthers” will never be satisfied with no matter how much documentary evidence of his alleged Hawaiian birth Obama may present to the public. None of this is even to mention the unfounded charges of racism and other and various ad hominem attacks against anyone who would dare question Obama’s Article II constitutional eligibility to be President.

Now let us see how Obama’s enablers’ statement that the “birthers” put forth the argument that the President’s parents must be born in the United States is nothing but a straw man argument. First, we do not maintain that the parents need to be American born. Rather, we maintain that they must be "citizens of the United States," which status they can acquire by being "natural born Citizens" or naturalized at birth or after birth. The parents must be “citizens of the United States,” under any one of three scenarios: (1) “natural born Citizens” under Article II by being born in the U.S. or its jurisdictional equivalent to U.S. citizen parents; (2) naturalized at birth, under the 14th Amendment or 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1401(a) by being born in the U.S. to one or two alien parents or other Congressional Acts by being born out of the U.S. to one or two U.S. citizen parents; or (3) naturalized after birth under some Congressional Act or treaty by being born out of the U.S. to two alien parents.

Second, these same individuals also confuse an Article II “natural born Citizen” with a "born citizen" under the 14th Amendment or 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1401(a) which as currently interpreted do not require U.S. citizen parents in order to be declared a “citizen of the United States” at birth. This latter citizen, lacking the natural quality of being born to two U.S. citizen parents, is actually naturalized at birth by way of Congressional naturalization power at first questionably exercised by Congress through the Civil Rights Act of 1866 and then unquestionably exercised by it through the 14th Amendment. Today, we commonly refer to this citizen as a “native-born citizen,” not to be confused with a “native” under natural law and the law of nations which has the same meaning as a “natural born citizen.” On the contrary, to be an Article II "natural born citizen," one must be born in the U.S. (or its jurisdictional equivalent) to a U.S. citizen father and mother. Emer de Vattel, The Law of Nations, Or, Principles of the Law of Nature, Sections 212-217 (London 1797) (1st ed. Neuchatel 1758); Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. (21 Wall.) 162, 167 (1875); U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898).  See also the many other legal and historical sources cited at this cite for support for this definition. The Founders and Framers wanted to make sure that no hereditary monarch could ever gain control of the new constitutional republic and to keep foreign influence out of the all-powerful and singular office of the Chief Executive and Commander of the military. These birth circumstances assure that the President and Commander of our military cannot be of royal parents (a U.S. citizen must renounce all titles of nobility) and has sole and undivided natural allegiance to the U.S. from the moment of birth by the child not inheriting any other foreign allegiance by jus soli (citizenship by right of the soil) or jus sanguinis (citizenship inherited by one’s parents). Only the President and Vice-President have to be an Article II "natural born Citizen." The great majority of Americans are “natural born Citizens.” For every other citizen in the U.S. who is not a “natural born Citizen,” the clause has no constitutional or other legal effect, for “citizens of the United States” all enjoy equality in rights, privileges, and immunities. Hence, the clause is in place only to protect the United States and its people by assuring that our representative constitutional republic will be lead by a President and Commander in Chief who from birth is attached to the best interests and only that of the United States.

Obama is not and cannot be an Article II “natural born Citizen.” He maintains that he was born in Kapi’olani Hospital in Hawaii in 1961. But he has yet to conclusively establish that fact with a valid long-form Certificate of Live Birth or with any medical evidence. Rather, on April 27, 2011, after refusing to do so for over 2 ½ years and spending or causing to be spent countless millions of dollars of public and private funds and resources and even the 6-month imprisonment of a decorated military officer, LTC Terry Lakin, he released on the internet a forged internet image of his alleged long-form Certificate of Live Birth. This computer image is a forgery, as it contains evidence of electronic manipulation. Even if the internet image is a true representation of the alleged underlying Certificate of Live Birth, that underlying paper birth certificate, which is supposed to be a document filled in with a typewriter in 1961, is a forgery, for it contains evidence of kerning (a technique of spacing letters next to each other for aesthetic purposes) which cannot possibly be done on a typewriter in 1961. Also, there exist significant questions regarding whether Obama is using a valid social security number and whether his selective service military registration was also forged.

In any event, assuming the released birth certificate image to be valid, it conclusively establishes that Obama’s legitimate father was Barack Obama Sr. So, even assuming that Obama was born in Hawaii, he can be a “born” “citizen of the United States” under the 14th Amendment or 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1401(a), but he cannot be a “natural born” “citizen of the United States” under Article II. Under the British Nationality Act of 1948, Obama was born in 1961 to Barack Obama Sr., a British citizen father who was born in 1934 or 1936 in the then-British colony of Kenya and by descent from his father he himself was born a British citizen. He was therefore born with conflicting and divided loyalties to the U.S. and Great Britain, which under the Kenya Independence Act of 1963, converted to citizenship and allegiance to Kenya at age 2 which lasted until at least age 23. Consequently, Obama, was naturalized at birth and, like a person who is naturalized after birth is not eligible to be President, was not born with sole and undivided allegiance to the U.S. Obama is thus not and cannot be an Article II “natural born Citizen.” Obama is therefore not eligible to be President and Commander in Chief of the Military.

The US President has rounded on Republicans expressing doubts over whether he was born in America saying it will backfire on them at election time.

Barack Obama said most people knew he was born in Hawaii and were more concerned about rocketing fuel prices and rising unemployment than his birth certificate, in an interview with ABC News.

The question of the President's place of birth was thought to have been settled long ago after state officials confirmed he was born in Hawaii.

The matter was taken so seriously at the time that his Hawaiian birth certificate was made public.

But billionaire businessman Donald Trump, and possible Republican presidential candidate, breathed new life into the conspiracy theories by raising the issue of Mr Obama's birth place again.

Conspiracists known as 'Birthers' have long claimed that the President was actually born in Kenya and is not eligible to stand as President of the United States.

But at a fundraiser in Chicago, Mr Obama's hometown, the US leader seemed unruffled by the Republican jibes and joked to an appreciative crowd about the birth issue.

When talking about his deep connection with Chicago the President said: "I wasn't born here (long pause)...just want to be clear... I was born in Hawaii".

The latest rumours over Mr Obama's birth place come as the state of Arizona approved a proposal for presidential candidates to prove they are US citizens before their names can appear on the state ballot.

Similar legislature is now being considered by 13 other states.

Lebanon County state representatives Mauree Gingrich and RoseMarie Swanger are cosponsoring a bill that would require candidates for president and vice president to provide proof of American citizenship to qualify for a spot on the state ballot.
The bill amends the current law, which applies that standard only to state and municipal candidates.
In announcing the bill Wednesday, primary sponsor Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, a Republican from Butler County, said he introduced the measure because he doubts President Barack Obama was born in the United States.
"As a veteran and an elected official who takes an oath of office, just like every past and future President of the United States, to uphold and defend the Constitutional rights of the citizens I represent, it is beyond perplexing and greatly troubling that a political candidate can ascend to the highest levels of government without providing sufficient documentation verifying his or her place of birth or American citizenship," Metcalfe said in a news release.
Gingrich does not include herself among the so-called birthers and says she accepts the documents proving Obama's citizenship. Swanger, however, finds it questionable that Obama produced a certification of live birth versus a birth certificate.
Doubts of Obama's citizenship were a hot topic during the 2008 presidential election. They have resurfaced recently as real estate mogul and could-be presidential candidate Donald Trump has made the rounds on

the national media espousing the belief that Obama was not born in the U.S. Adding fuel to the "birther" argument is Hawaii's law prohibiting disclosure of birth certificates and other vital records unless the requestor has a "direct and tangible interest in the record."
Instead, the state issued a certificate of live birth to verify Obama's citizenship, which many have refused to accept.
Gingrich, a Republican, said she believes Metcalfe's legislation stands on its own merits because it is consistent with the existing standards applied to all state candidates, from school board to governor.
"Personally, I have enough confidence that adequate information was in place before he (Obama) was accepted as a candidate," she said. "This (bill) is just a common-sense effort that puts that kind of information on the public record earlier."
Swanger, also a Republican, said the bill is just "common sense" that the highest ranking officials need to provide the same documentation as the rest of the citizens.
"My thoughts are there are many instances in which we as citizens need to prove that we are citizens.Why wouldn't the highest official in land do the same thing?" she said. "We do have controversy about Obama. A lot of people think there's nothing to it. I want to see an official birth certificate, like what I have to supply."
Asked if she considered herself a "birther," Swanger said, "I don't care what you call me, I just want to see a real birth certificate."

Donald Trump reveals he's a birther

Donald Trump isn't even running for president yet, but he is already gearing up for the primaries by pandering to the Republican base.

In an interview with ABC News' Ashleigh Banfield that aired Thursday, Trump said he had some doubts that President Barack Obama was a U.S. citizen.

"Everybody that even gives any hint of being a birther -- a word you didn't use -- even a little bit of a hint like 'gee, you know, maybe, just maybe this much of chance,' they label them as an idiot," he told Banfield. "Let me tell you, I'm a really smart guy," Trump continued. "I was a really good student at the best school in the country. The reason I have a little doubt -- just a little -- is because he grew up and nobody knew him." "When you interview people, if I ever got the nomination, if I ever decide to run, you may go back and interview people from my kindergarten. They'll remember me. Nobody ever comes forward. Nobody knows who he is until later in his life." "It's very strange. The whole thing is very strange," he added.

If the American business magnate wants the Republican nomination then he may need support from the birthers. A recent PPP poll found that a majority of Republican voters don't believe Obama was born in the U.S.

Trump also took issue with Republican House Speaker John Boehner's emotional outbursts. "I don't like the crying," he said. "I do not like it. I don't understand it. I really like him as a person. I think the crying is an emotional thing that frankly, probably makes him a very nice man. But you know, I don't like to see it in a leader.

" Trump told Banfield that he was prepared to spend $600 million of his own money if he does decide to make a run for the White House. "That's one of the nice things. I mean, part of the beauty of me is that I'm very rich. So if I need $600 million, I can put $600 million myself," he said.

NOTE: U.S. Army Colonel Terry Latkin should never have been sent to prison for refusing to obey an illegal order (undoubtedly a courts martial obeying their illegal commander-in-chief's illegal order for conviction). Whatever the excuses and rationalizations offered by Barack Hussein Obama II and his Administration concerning the absence of a Hawaiian full-form birth certificate,

Also if Dr. Fukino (former Hawaiian Department of Health Director) says she had seen such a document in 2008, as she did say, and does not produce the signatures document, she will certainly be dragged into the disgusting mess...BIRTHGATE style. Sending an innocent man to prison has a way of coming back to the sender, and all who participated with him.

His only real options are (1.) have one fraudulently made and hope it works;(result: depending on his control of FBI and Justice Department...and their integrity base...might work) (2.) tell the truth concerning his birth at Coast Provincial General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya, 4 August 1961 at 7:24 pm; (result: low probability since Obama's propensity for telling the truth is low; (3.) hope to effectively circumvent his non-U.S. citizenship (illegal alien status) by deprecating the opposition (i.e. "birthers" and concerned public); (result: possible, depending on the promulgation capabilities of CNN, MSNBC and ABC.) Strictly speaking, since Barack Hussein Obama is not a Constitutionally valid president, Obama cannot be impeached; however after being indicted by a Grand Jury, he can be arrested and escorted out of the White House; persuant to prosecution for perjury and illegally obtaining and disseminating very highly classified information.



Dr. Chiyome Fukino is also apparently involved in this very real conspiracy of placing an illegal alien into the United States presidency, in violation of Article II, Section I; and the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution. Further Title 8 of the United States Code has been violated by Barack Hussein Obama II.

Dr. Chiyome Fukino, former Hawaiian Health Department Director, stated in 2008 that she had physically seen Barack Hussein Obama's "signatured" birth certificate. Dr. Fukino should be placed under oath to describe precisely which documents she had been examining. Interestingly neither Tim Adams (2007 Hawaiian elections and candidate validation officer) nor Hawaiian Governor Abercrombie were able to locate such a document. Of course a Certification of Live Birth (NO DOCTOR SIGNATURES), which Dr. Fukino ordered released is NOT A SIGNATURED birth certificate.(See below for my "signatured" Certificate of Live Birth)

A full-form (note below my 1947 Honolulu Queens Hospital birth, the copy having been recieved in only two weeks, forwarded to California, 11 October 2000); requires a physical birth with physical doctors, attendents and parents...not imaginative vaults and lost-in-the-archives fantasies. NO!...no real complete birth certificate from Hawaii for Obama...perhaps just a prison cell for illegal alien status and numerous social security numbers fraud, and illegal access to and promulgation of TOP SECRET classified information.

The inescapable result of neither being a natural born citizen (born on U.S. possessions; or born in non-U.S. territories with two U.S. citizen-parents), nor ever having been naturalized; Barack Hussein Obama II is NOT A U.S. CITIZEN...at all.

The Reason? Obama was NOT born in Hawaii or any other possession of the United States, but rather in Coast General Hospital at 7:24 pm, 4 August 1961; Mombasa, Kenya. Note that this IS the full form (long form) birth certificate which is still being issued by the Health Department Hawaii. Yet another lie is pushed by Obama when he and his CNN crew (Wolf Blitzer, Anderson Cooper, etc.) states continually that the Hawaiian Health Department no longer issues the complete, long form,(SINCE CLIFFORD ANTHONY PAIVA REQUESTED AND DID RECEIVE HIS!). Issuing the complete long form birth certificate is standard procedure for the Health Department in Hawaii, and it is THIS full form copy (NOT Anderson Cooper-CNN's summary form) of the State of Hawaii Stand Certificate of Live Birth that is precisely what does NOT exist for Barack Obama, but does exist for anyone born at Queen's Hospital or at Kapiolani Hospital in Honolulu. It is THIS full form that an illegal president CANNOT produce, as he was born neither at Kapiolani Hospital nor at Queen's Hospital. He must continue to use diversionary excuses such as "lost in the archives"; or "witnessed by others", or any other un-acceptable diversion.

As I have stated many time: I recieved my full-form (with doctor, mother and father, and attendent signatures) in less than two weeks in October 2000 (see enclosed). When the Obama administration refers to an archive vault, they are merely repeating a lie. NOTE: My birth 09 January 1947 occurred some 14 years at Queens Hospital, Honolulu, Hawaii BEFORE Obama's birth. Interesting that Clifford A. Paiva's birth certificate is very easily obtained while the Barrack Hussein Obama's is not.

My work includes missile defense [high energy laser (HEL)]/exhaust plume interactions), space and planetary studies (geomagnetic field decay; global temperature increase; total solar index increase; sun and earth angular velocity decrease. Missile defense physicist: Anti-Ship Ballistic Missile Defense (ASBMD); electro-optics sensors and millimeter wave radar technologies; Advanced Image Processing Techniques Applied to Target Detection, Tracking, Classification and Identification (ATR-ATDCI); SM3-Block 1-A Naval BMD System; System Integration Engineering and Sensitivity Analysis Methods for High Energy Laser Program (HEL); and Exoatmospheric/Endoatmospheric Applications of HEL Weapons.
